
Divinity Sailing
Divinity Sailing provides a personalised yacht charter experience with a dedicated Skipper providing a relaxed sailing/cruising experience in the Ionian Sea, specifically in Greece starting from and returning to Corfu. The embarking and disembarking location in Corfu is Marina Di Gouvia.
The yacht is called Divinity 1, a Hanse 510 (51ft) 2024, Fractional Sloop model. The layout of the cabins is shown below:
In total there are 5 cabins, defined as follows:
Master Cabin (Double Bed) with private head and sink (Port side) & Shower (Starboard side) – for Guests.
Aft Port Double Bed Cabin with direct access from cabin to head, sink and shower (also accessible from the Saloon) – for Guests and Crew.
Aft Starboard Double Bed Cabin – for Guests.
Midship Bunk Bed Cabin for Skipper– for Skipper.

Yes, safety briefings will be conducted on the first day when all guests arrive and embark on Divinity. The safety briefings will consist of (but not limited to) the following before we depart from Marina Di Gouvia:
Familiarisation of Divinity’s cabin layout and the designated emergency hatches to escape to the top deck (in the event of an emergency and to vacate to the Life Raft). Please be aware the skipper will require a physical demonstration that the guests designated in the Master Cabin can climb through unassisted and get to the top deck to disembark on to the Life Raft.
Familiarisation of the located Fire Extinguishers specific to each Cabin, Saloon and Upper Deck with a demonstration on how to operate the Fire Extinguisher.
Familiarisation with the distinct noise difference between a smoke alarm detector and a gas alarm detector. Safety briefings and lifesaving procedures will be given specific to whether an audible smoke or gas alarm has been heard and what procedure needs to be adopted based on the audible alarm heard.
Familiarisation with the lifesaving equipment specific to the Dan Buoy, Life Buoys and Life Raft deployment.
Familiarisation with your life jackets, requiring all guests to fit their life jackets and pre-adjust the fitment specific to each individual. Each life jacket will be dedicated to each individual for the entire duration of the 7-day charter.
Winch and Jammer/Stopper safety briefings will be provided and structured dependent upon what involvement the Guests would like to be engaged in the deployment of the Sails.

All life jackets are provided by Divinity Sailing and are to SOLAS (Safety Of Lives At Sea) specification.
Please only bring your packed clothes in a soft bag. No hard suitcases with wheels. There is no storage space for those types of suitcases.
Two paddle boards.
Snorkels and flippers (for 8 individuals in total).
No sailing experience required! As the Guests of Divinity you can make the choice of how involved you would like to be in the sailing aspect of the charter. This will be covered in a pre-embarking questionnaire and the safety briefings.

Discretionary Tip for the Skipper and First Mate/Chef
At the beginning of the charter the diesel and fresh water tanks will be full and then refilled on Day 6 of the charter at Marina Di Gouvia. The cost of the refills will be added to the final bill.
Once the booking is confirmed there will be a questionnaire sent via email &/or Whatsapp that will need to be completed to allow Divinity Sailing to cater to your requirements with regard to food and drink supplies.
There is an “onboarding” process before your arrival to Marina Di Gouvia in Greece, Corfu. This will allow Divinity Sailing to prepare provisioning specific to individual requirements.
Arrival time to embark on Divinity will be 3pm on day 1 (Sunday). We will depart from Marina Di Gouvia on Monday morning. Sunday’s time will be spent on introductions, familiarisation of Divinity and safety briefings.
Disembarking from Divinity will be 10am on day 7 (Saturday) to allow time for food provisioning, clean linen changeover and a thorough clean down of Divinity for the next charter.
Upon initial confirmation of booking (online via the website) a 50% deposit payment is required and the remaining 50% to be completed before arrival into Greece, Corfu.
The initial 50% deposit payment is required during the booking process via the website.
If the booking is cancelled after the 50% payment has been completed – there is no refund of the booking deposit so, please make sure the dates you allocated are correct and convenient. This is due to the loss of the booking that were originally allocated to your group when another group could have had access to your charter slot.
